1. Data we collect

Order data: email, name (if provided), products purchased, amount, date/time and Stripe payment reference.
Member data (free account): name, email, password (stored as a one-way hash), how you found us (if given), language, free items claimed with dates, and a record of your marketing consent (date/time).
Payment data: card or account details are entered into and processed by Stripe directly. We never see or store card numbers.
Technical data: IP addresses and server access logs, for security and abuse prevention.

2. Purposes and legal bases

To deliver products and download links, provide after-sales support, process refunds and keep legally required accounts (contract and legal obligation), and to keep our systems secure (legitimate interest). To run your free member account and free downloads (contract), and to email news, free downloads and special offers from iDea Memory Group only to members who have given consent (consent). We never sell your data.

3. Disclosure

Only to necessary service providers — Stripe (payments), our email provider and our hosting provider — which may process data outside Thailand under appropriate safeguards, or where required by law.

4. Retention

Order data is kept as long as needed to provide downloads and as required by accounting/tax law (generally no more than 10 years). Technical logs are kept for no more than 90 days.

5. Your rights

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) you may request access to, a copy of, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, or object to processing, by emailing iDea24club@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee.

6. Cookies

We only use cookies that are necessary for the site to work (such as form security, keeping you logged in and remembering your chosen language). No advertising cookies.

7. Unsubscribe and account deletion

You can withdraw your marketing consent, or ask us to delete your member account and related data, at any time by emailing iDea24club@gmail.com from your account address. We act within 30 days. Withdrawal does not affect earlier processing, and order records that the law requires us to keep are retained only as long as necessary.
